Aftermarket fender fitting with fender brace/bar question.

I’m planning on purchasing the Ultra Racing fender brace/bar for my s13. I found one member who had issues installing aftermarket fenders after the brace install. (Different brand fender brace.) The fenders he was installing had the vents. Has anyone else had this issue? Just want to double check before placing an order for them. If it matters, I’m running Chargespeed front over fenders.
