SR [tuned] gas milage question

would anyone know the gas milage of these setups?


stock redtop SR with evo 8 IC and pipes. 3" piping and exhaust. boost at 7lbs.

and

stock redtop SR w/ Evo 8 IC and pipes. 3" piping and high flow exhaust. LS automotive turbo manifold and T25/T28 hybrid turbo at 7 lbs.

and stock redtop SR

My stock untuned red top does 14L/100km, but the tuned one is supposed to put out around 11-12L/100km. Im running really rich...
