I need a direct bolt on turbo for my RB20, the only addition thing I want to do is a external wastegate. Looking to spend about 600 or less. Thanks!

I have a Garrett t3 good to 450hp
stock manifold with flange
38mm tial wg
also have spacer to top mount t3 on stock mani
and has 38mm flange on it
