ECU bolt removal

Alright so I'm trying to change out my ECU, but the new one had the bolt that goes in snapped so it's stuck in there... so I can't fit my harness onto it because the bolt is stuck into the harness... how do I remove that bolt out of there, since I don't really need it.

It seems like these orange tab things hold it in somehow but I can't figure it out and I don't want to screw it up...

whY not tap broken off bolt and back it out? with the amount of vibrations and what not most 240s have, its a good idea to keep the bolt there so you never have to worry about your harness coming loose..

I don't have a bolt extractor tool.
