hi everyone.

ok i've got some more basic questions about the s14.

i'm still looking for one and i was wondering a few things. i know these are REALLY general questions so just do you best in answering them. ball park figures (when money is mentioned) is fine, i'm just looking for a general idea.

1. if i buy an automatic what's the blood sweat and tears required to swap in an sr20 as well as changing the pedal layout (from auto to manual) and adding a manual tranny?

i'm basically just looking for round dollar figures as well as any experiences you may have had or know of.

2. what's the difference between the se model and the lesser models?

3. do all models have 4 wheel disc brakes?

4. do all models have a/c and ps?

5. do all models have the same engine?

6. what is the stock motor in the 240?

7. what sort of power does the stock motor make?

thanks for your time.
chris.

1: Clutch pedal, master cylinder, hydraulic lines. Doable, but does make the swap more complex

2: 5 lug vs 4 lug wheels (s14)

3: Yes, 9.5" rotors (iirc) and single piston calipers

4: Most of them. . .

5/6/7: KA24DE (1991 and on), 155hp, 160ft/lbs. Same on every trim
