i bought a set of tweeters from where i work,

they arent anything special, no-name, but i tested'em and they work good, plus they have a crossover already on the wire..

what makes them cool is that they have a mount that allows them to swivel and move up and down... i couldnt find a screw to fit the second one so i had to super-glue it, now it wont swivel, but i'm gonna put them on my dash facing diagonal, the npn-swiveling one facing towards me and the other on towards the passenger seat and i can swivel it towards me still...

a real good friend of mine works at the install bay at Future shop, and they are gonna deaden my trunk and doors for $350 canadian all labour included... they'll mount my speaks too, but i want new 6.5's and another set off tweets fer the a-pillar....

Which brings me to another point.....

I work at a pawn shop and these crak heads came in while i was there today and they sold a box with a pair of MB Quart 6 x 9's for:

10 fucking dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!

actaully they put it on loan for 14 days but i dont think the druggies will be back, then i'm gonna buy them if my friend can mount 6 x 9 in the back... i have a coupe...

has anyone done6 x 9's??? i would like some feedbakc please.....

Im sure you could, but itd be a lot of custom work.
I had the MB Quart 6 1/2" and they sounded great.
you should by those real cheap and try to trade or sell them to buy the ones thatll fit easier.

Hey Bing

You've got Bostons in the back already, I'd say those are pretty good, but mb quart are definitely a step up. Any custom work needed would be worth it.
