White(r) Bunny Throw-Out Bearing

So i just came across the rb20 flywheel/rb or 350z clutch set up for the ka. Im wanting to use a rb clutch kit with the flywheel cause i can get it cheaper then the 350z clutch kit. But no one really discusses the throwout bearings used. I was always a fan of using the oem nissan throwout bearing and only found that the 350z was used with the 350z clutch kit, and the 300zx throwout bearing is the same as a rb throwout bearing. Does anyone know if the 300zx or rb throwout bearing is the same as a 350z one?

I just used the one that came with my pressure plate (280zx)

I used the TOB that came with the clutch kit, then I drove on it for 5.5 years on a mostly daily basis.
I even posted that fact the day after it went into the car
