should i paint my roof black like some fb's?

im in the process of stripping and sanding my 93 coupe and am gonna paint it camo green (olive drab) for now. i love the look of the fast backs w/ the black a pillars and roof. should i do this to my coupe? i want pick to see what it would look like. and the olive drab is just for a quick fix, i think it might look good. im planning on a silvia front end also in the near future.

Looks like ASS on coupes IMO. Only on fastbacks and that one orange S15 D1 car.

I think it looks ok, but you gotta have a color that stands out though. dont do it on white unless you want to make it look like a convertible. And you gotta have the goods to make it look good.

looks best with a CF hood, also in a nice candy apple red it looks way nice, but you need the CF hood, so it flows. On a coupe do 2 tone. Coupe has two tone on the side, HB the cool thing to do is the top (headlights, CF hood, Roof) black

there is an orange s13 coupe, and it looks pretty sweet. But you have to have the color and the whole scheme to pull it off. It has to be done just right, the FB have a stock blackness already on the pillars, and no back pillar. It just sort of blends in, especially with a nice dark tint...good luck though!

the black top looks like a stock paint job to me. like some camaros and talons have black tops.

JDMRICE one had a hella sweet paint job, red and I can't tell you the other color, cuzz then it wouldn't be a JDMRICE trait, but if you find pix of it...you know it wasn't black.;)

i don't know about coupe with the black roof...but i really like fastback with black roof..that'w why both of my JDMRICEs has it..
as you can see from the first pic....the rear tail light panel is black too...however, if you look closer...it has a red tint to it :)
