View Full Version : how to take speaker cover off!!

now that i got my first 240sx s14 zenki, im trying to adjust my rear coilover dampening, but this speaker cover that sits on top of the speaker wont move! i tried about 30min just to take it off, but no chance.. its stock one. any one with pixs can help me?? thank you guys!

There's only couple of pins holding down the speaker covers, it should pop right up. Where exactly are you stuck?

idk where thenpins are its really firm and i cant even make it move!
Lol you lower the back seats and just push up. Might have to put some effort behind it, but it just pops up.

if you're afraid of breaking the pins, go in the trunk and pop them up from below. They're blue i think.

Fold the seats down, grab the edge of it and pull straight up. If you cant pop some 16 yr old plastic trim, you need to go to the gym and get some muscles.
