some of the 'better' pics...ill get 'decent' ones at day time, i just did these 1/2 assed tonight.

new body work:

no 3rd brake light
no antenna hole
car is almost ready to paint
got a few body parts chillin' at home and a few getting picked up shortly after x-mas

wheels are 17x9 +15 rear
17x9 +15 with 5mm spacer front (effectively +10)

camber all around -3
slight toe out rear
7.5 caster front

car is VERY ugly, very disgusting and i dearly hate it

but paint job NEXT MONTH for sure .got a shop just about lined up for a sweeeet paint job..car will be SUPER BLING. i wont talk about it but it is beyond bling. its very 'jdm style bling' hahahaha..its pretty balls out nutty. anyways...the body work is at home (oem sideskirst fender peices for kouki bumper and im taking dorifto's 180sx 3 piece rear valence im sure)

exhaust is n1 dual, i traded grant, and i bought his old taillights (why they are painted white).

bumper was free from asuper cool guy, i just need to fix it (did a little already) and so were the side peices (free)

i LOVE my interior. its great. so happy with it. changing clusters again soon to JDM one w/ some extra 'goodies' on it ;) hehe...got a new shift knob too....this is the nismo 'butt plug' the other is deemed 'penis tip'. you'd understand when you see it. hahha

fender pieces at home..i ziptie it because i hate screws and nuts and bolts...makes bumper removal a biatch. this is so fast. there are only a few bolts holding it on, so no one can steal my bumpa!

arms are cheap (sooo cheap)
s14 upright--free (i needed one, the s15 was cracked)
s14 sway bar is inexpensive (what should i offer for this?? 30 dollars? 40??)
s14 rear diff cover..free or under 10 bucks
z32 calipers..cheap
z32 drum setup...free
z32 ebrake fab..maybe 5 bucks at most.more time consuming then anything

takes under 1 day to change out on a lift. :)


cant go wrong! whole project will cost under 200 USD...going to be giving the calipers 'special treatment' hehehe..

and and more money for a new brake MC..but that's ok. that will be more expensive then the actual subframe swap..d'oh!


car is almost ready to paint. im waiting on 2 final parts i think. they are 'extra' but they look soooo hot. i want them on when car comes out of the shop!
i have enough money for the paint job right now, just waiting for some stuff to come already.

-3 camber isn't that much actually. according to my aligment numbers, i have -2.2 in the back from just lowering. and around -2.5 to 2.8 in the front (camber bolts). unless those aren't degrees but something else.

argh, just checked my tires. i don't know why, but my passenger rear ALWAYS wears out faster than my driver rear :rolleyes:

Sam gave it to me awhile back. it was on the 180sx for a while until he put on some fancy pants nismo gt one or something..

this one is cool because its VERY LOW (you can see the threads go to top) so its adjustable. with a short shifter...NICE! :) feels good too
but will suck in summer/winter again due to being metal. one thing i did like about the nismo butt plug shift knob.
