s14 t28 outlet bolt size?

As title states, need the bolt size for a s14 t28 outlet bolts.

Mine siezed up and now i have to cut them off and drill them out. So need new ones.

Also, can i get these bolts at Lowes or some hardware store? Anything recommended? Should they be heat treated or something?

it should be 8mm diameter and 1.5 thread pitch. i dont know the length. if its the stock downpipe, it should be around 40mm long.
