The euro scene is fun! They're not bent on copying the Japanese visual style like we are.. even though they're running similar events. They just use whatever cars they can find... hence the BMWs, Opels, etc. S13, S14, AE86, FC3S, these cars were all sold there but they're quite rare... Japanese performance cars have yet to really catch on in continental Europe.

The E30 and E36 BMW 3-series are natural picks as drift cars... FR + excellent balance + huge suspension aftermarket + wide tire clearance. An E36 318 costs about the same as an S14 these days... there are even some cheap E36 325s for that inline six luv :cool: Get a 318ti, add a turbo kit, limited slip diff swap from a Z3, and with the right suspension upgrades you've got a killer lightweight FR hatchback for about the same cost as doing the same to an S14... and it's something different.
