a FPR and fuel rail would go good to and the only major down fall is your going to waste more gas (E85) and that not many gas stations carry e85

What are some up sides beside its cheaper fas if im going bigger injectors any way it soudld burn the same amount correct?
how i see it would be as follows, how far is an e85 pump away from me
The biggest pnp injectors for the NEO are the Tomei 700cc.
Followed by SARD and Blitz 525's injectors are already limited and IMO I don't see what the E85 hopla is all about.
Why are you considering E85?

Well wen u go to bigger injectors from the stock neo (330-340cc) to 30%have more u don't need HUGE injectors lol so in order to main take some gas im gonna go with like a 550 we have tons of e85 places around here
Got a link for those I/J's?

Major downside is that its not as available, only downside IMO. Sure it burns a tad more, but it will cost about as much as 91/93 considering its cheaper.
