But seriously. That's easily fixed. Go to a shop, and they'll reinforce the rails with new plates of metal.

When i bought it. it was about 10pm so yea didnt really look.
i found someone to fix it. he is doing.it for 250$ so ill do some before and afters lol.

Yup,
been there done that... keep in mind these are full chassis cars. frame rails are more like supports. looks fixable... if your into that type of thing.

Bah easy stuff, if you ever get an S30 be prepared to deal with this problem. A lot of guys replace the floor pans and the frame rails.....Nothing new, remove/repair/replace then treat with POR-15

my first S13 was a rotted POS structurally but the fenders were perfect, zero rust... but my new one has perfect frame rails and rust behind the wheel on the drivers side rear fender... WTF S13s!

i've had too many 240s to count, and when they are rust free i always buy them when i see them, on the spot.

Theres tons of 240sxs out there that have no rust. Even in the midwest Ive owned a couple. Just dont take it out in the winter or live in a better state that doesnt experience harsh season changes ha a thread started for no rust on the frame rails would be pointless its very common actually
