Sure can. Depending on which EMS you have (and which ECU connector is on your S14 SR harness), you might not need to repin much at all.

well the aem ems is for the s13 sr20..i believe the part number is 30-1601 and the plug is just the plug it comes with the factory s14 sr20 motor with its factory computer..how would i go about what i need to repin?

THis is probably your best bet, just sell it to someone with a S13 SR20 (i wish i had the money right now) and buy another one specifically for the s14 sr20.
I think some of the sensors might be different too? someone correct me if i'm wrong on this...

No, the sensors are not different. Some pin locations may be different, depending on which part numbers, but if the ECU connectors are physically compatible, everything else is gravy.

Jordan is pretty much correct on this one.
There are a few pins that are moved around and a few things that will be missing on the S13 EMS. Remember the S14 motor is VTC so there needs to be an output to switch the VTC solenoid. It should be possible to configure one of the outputs on the EMS through the AEM software to perform the duty of switching the VTC over. I would contact AEM though to get a for sure explanation of the differences but I am pretty sure that's the only major bump in the road for using it (pinout location and vtc setup). cheers

Good to see you still on here Steve!
Yup, software's the same, so when you load the S14 calibration it'll have VTC set on one of the low side outputs. It's easy to change to whatever low output you want.
