Where did you guys get the little 240 gifs / icons I see all the time in peoples sigs and avatars?

I was just wondering.

Just gotta find a picture file you like, then use photoshop to shrink it to 60x60 pixels....or goto google and search "avatar" or "GIF".

I think he means the little animated gifs of 240s. I have a link for them but not on this computer.
