I just swapped my diff. For an LSD and 2 days after I noticed when I make a sharp turn left or right the rear makes a grinding/vibrating noise any ideas?

It is normal for them to make some noise. As long as there is not massive amounts of metal shavings when you change your fluid, you should be fine.

Before I put it in I changed the oil and there were no shavings on the magnet

Well if it's whining or souds like howling then that's bad. Gears could be wharped. I can't give you a technical answer on why they "clunk" but there's clutches in the diff that vary their grip depending on pressure. Also you have to remember it's always active, so whether your driving aggressively or not, the vlsd is working.
