Buddy Club rails for s13/s14

I have some new buddy club rails for an s13/14 that I bought yesterday. I put them in today and they sit too high for my preference. These are pretty much BNIB as I just installed them and took them right back off.

how high are they ?

Supposedly they are the lowest aftermarket option out there besides a bride seat and rail combo. I'm around 6'1" and my head was around 2 inches from the headliner. I've decided the only way ill get my desired position is to make my own brackets because I want it to be lower than stock.
