Lol yea I been trying not to hit bumps!
Sub pan is a second oil pan thats attached to the main oil pan

Its called the lower oil pan.... Either way get a new sway bar... Suspension techniques clear pretty well, not sure about the others...

Do you have aftermarket engine mounts? Put your stock mounts back in and you shouldn't be having that problem. As blueshark123 said, Stop hitting crazy bumps.
Also, is your sway bar tightened? I can't imagine it moving that much

My nismo mounts, along with a tanabe sway bar = years of clearance.

I got some solid mounts going back to stock will look into the sway bar bushings

I'd say it's probably the mounts, as I've NEVER seen any pan contact any sway bar.

If you have solid engine mounts, why is your engine moving to your swaybar if you hit a large bump?
The only time I ever heard of sway / oil pan clearance issues was with the Largus swaybar and Greddy oil pan combo.

arent sway bars designed to flex the opposite way? Maybe the bushing, but it should definately not flex that far

If your sway bar is moving enough to hit your oil pan then something is wrong. Yes they are designed to flex. LOL but not that much.
Are you sure you have not damaged the swaybar mounts, or bent something underneath?
What you are describing is a highly unusual situation.

i damaged my oil pan from ka when i hit one those trench plate for constructions, it bent my largus sway bar and end links then dented my pan.
dunno if that make sense. its better if you can take a pic and show us

Theres got to be something messed up. The swaybar will only go so far, I can't see how it hits the oil pan.

My tanabe sway bar hit my Freddy oil pan. the tanabe is 31.5" IIRC
switched to Tomei style oil pan and stock sway bar, now good

That is because you ran a cheap China knock off oil pan. It has no bearing on what the OP is talking about. He has more problems than you.
