My ka24de n/a was running perfectly fine the other day but the previous owner suggested changing the injectors. i switched to a different set and it started breaking up when i step on the gas and the intake makes a gurgling noise. it takes forever to climb in rpms and is backfiring. i checked the maf and even switched it out. i also had went back to the original injectors and its still doing it. help me out guys! thanks

Ecu throwing a code? Did you have a hard time starting it? How do your plugs look?

you could have messed up the O Rings that go onto the intake manifold. Check if you have gas leaking around your injectors

Yeah you may have pinched a lower oring, a good way to check this is 1 pull your plugs and see if there wet.
2 unbolt the fuel rail from the manifold, put a towel under the fuel rail, prop it up on something so you can see the bottems of each injector, then have a friend turn the ignition on, the pump should prime and if you messed up a o ring it will leak. You can try cranking it a little sometimes the leak wink show untill then. I just had 4 ripped o rings. When you intall them use vasaliene and coat the rail and both seals in it, it should POP right in with just your finger.
Other things to check
Timing
Plugs
Wires
Engine/ecu grounds
All harness plugs
Cap and rotor
Pull codes from ecu
