WTB: metal spacer for short shifter

i need a metal spacer for my rb25 C's short shifter. it sits too low in the trans. i got these specs online

50mm outside diameter
40mm inside diameter
15mm height

anyone can make one of these? i cant access the fabrication thread for some reason
