Wen my cars in acc mode on sitting still for a long time it won't rev pass 13000rpms then u gotta cut it off and backing its fine hen till u sit in a spot for too long please need help any ideals ecu tps and maf are good

My bad dude i was at work on my some bull shit touch screen phone trying to type behind my boss's back. Iam sure you know how that is man. JW if any body has herd of this problem happen its starting to get worst and happen while i go down the road and i have to cut the car off for like 5 sec's then start it again and its fine just really need some help in point of directions of where to look please if any body might have an ideal
