I found it very annoying. I did not stare at it for a whole 60 secs; I just closed the window. I did smile so I am not entirely insane. ;)

I heard that annoying sound before on this video spoof of a Civic racing a GTi. I think it had Ash & Pikachu from Pokemon on there.
