several months ago, september, i bid on an S14 kouki grill on ebay and lost by pennies. I emailed the seller, hoping he would have another in stock and i offered to match the winning bid if he had another.
The seller replied that he could get another one stock, and agreed to the deal. In addition, i ended up also purchasing Cwest clear Turn signals...
So after he got the lights in, he said the grill was damaged and he didn't feel right selling it to me, so he offered to get ANOTHER ONE if i wanted to wait.
thinking he was such a nice guy, i thought, sure. He has 300fedback withi 98% positive on ebay, he's trustworth, right?
It has been 3 months, and repeatedly said the stuff was "about to come in anytime now". Recently he said he actully got the stuff in, and was going to send me a UPS tracking number.
It has been 2 weeks since his last reply, i have not gotten a tracking number or anything in the mail.
Because I paid outside of ebay and it wasn't an auction to begin with, there is little i can do, unless PayPal wants to back me up.
Has anyone heard of ebay seller SmoothLinez? His name is tony Tu (according to his email).
