Mine is sakamoto-san from nichijou. Its kinda hard to make out the whole thing in the pictures.

although its probably too late here's the one i carved for the house with pretty much a drill and routed it out lol. Used safety wire from the garage to stitch the mouth closed, although i could have used zipties for the jdm zilvia zomg awesomesauce look. Added the name tag that i found in a car at the local pick and pull to add character.
