Ok guys here's the deal. I picked this car up about 8 months ago and haven't done anything with it since. The car doesn't burn or leak a drop of anything. Engine is 100% healthy and ready for a transmission swap. The previous owner tinted the tails and in my opinion they look like shit. I'll include some stock tails along with the purchase. I also have alot of 5-speed conversion parts that I will sell for an additional price. The only 5 speed swap parts I'm missing are clutch and flywheel. I just sold the clutch and flywheel on another thread :hsdance:

CAR IS NO LONGER FOR SALE

August 26th payment was sent to Hunter Nutter (aka thuglife) in the amount of $150 for header, downpipe, heat wrap, gaskets and all hardware.

August 27th Hunter Nutter requests an additional $25 because shipping was higher then expected. I sent an additional $25.

Sep. 4 I send the following message....

"Whats going on? Are my items shipped yet? I sent you the payment for the header, down pipe, etc...

I've messaged you several times and I notice that you keep logging in but ignoring my PM's... Whats going on?"

Sept 14th Opened paypal claim because seller avoided my PM's after logging in several times. He gave bs stories about shipping item. For example:

"Ok wow.
Hadn't logged on for a sec wtf?
Its pointless for me to give you the reason it hadn't shipped for your right that I should have been prepared to ship.
I have so much crazy going on..
Do you want them or not becouse I literally logged into payapl to get your address to see that I have negative money because I sent it out...
I'm. Working/school/football 7 days a week po is open Saturday the only day I remotely have a sec.
Its shipping tomorrow tracking number etc"

Sep. 20th (Almost a month after sending $ to this clown)

"I'm sorry but its been way too long to have any type of excuse... you've been paid 3 weeks ago and I have yet to see anything arrive. I will notify paypal, open a claim, and inform the zilvia community at 8pm tonight if I am not provided with a tracking number.

When you sell items be prepared to ship it.

Sept 21st I moved out of Wrightsville and ended my lease.

Sep. 23rdItem was supposedly delivered to the Wrightsville address.



There is much more to it then what I have posted but this pretty much sums up my experience dealing with Hunter Nutter (aka thuglife). If any mods would like to get involved I have alot of PM's going back and forth with this clown in my PM's. Feel free to investigate!! :)

Today I called PayPal and ran over everything with them. They investigated and found that after the claim was filed, and payment was reversed, then this package was supposedly sent. Paypal is not requiring me to make payment and suggested Hunter Nutter to contact USPS and file a claim with them for a possible refund. Hunter, your not just having this issue with me, I've seen other members upset about the D-Max floor mats you haven't shipped. Good luck!
