So i just picked up my s14 dash for my s13 and ive been trying to squeeze this bastard in with out cutting shit but shit need to be cut for sure!
i was wondering what you guys cut, it looks like i have to delete the under dash ventilation piping but i want working vents for my heater in my car anyone done this with working heater?

as far as the plumbing goes im sure you could use varies metal or plastic heater duct from a hardware store OR pick up some s14 heater plumbing and put the mind t owork

hhhhhm i was thinking something like that, i seen a lot of threads that people delete all of the piping and run no heater or a/c but i really want at least my windows defrost and the front vents to work but when i went to fit the dash it look like you have to remove most if not all of the piping under the s14 dash!
also s13 have those vents to the left and right of the steering column and the one in front of the passenger how do i cap those vents?

S14 dashes are ugly and huge and belong in s14s LOL. I love my s13 dash, it fits the car.

there is no threads anywhere that describes how to run your heater ventilation piping, all of the websites just say yeah you trim the dash here and tab a hole here but no one describes how all the piping connects.

Then figure it out on your own. Trial and error guy.
But i think If I were to use an S14 dash, I think I would use the piping that goes with the dash since the pipes are made for the S14 dash and not an S13 dash. Sounds more sensible....Think Outside the box.

yeah trail and error does work but i thought maybe someone already did this on zilvia and could help me out before i wasted a couple hours trying to figure it out.

You can either use all the s14 shit (dash bar, heater and a/c units, piping..) and just modify them a little,
or
Keep the 13 stuff behind the dash, keep about 2 or 3 inches of piping on the s14 vents and run your own piping from the s13 box(es) to the 14 vents.
You can make them all work, you just need to get a little creative.
Reality note, you started the thread and the shit talk, so stop crying. You want it all spoon fed and no one wants to do that for you.
Grow up. If you can't take the time to think about how to get something to work and try it out before asking everyone else, you don't need to do it.

I have a Prelude Si, but I'm actively looking for an s13 FB. That's why I'm here. Also why I have little post count. I just don't have answers for 240's yet, lol. I can't wait to get one and start contributing. I have almost 2000 posts on my Prelude forum :D
This site it pretty overwhelming. There are just soooo many people. It's insane and awesome at the same time.
