FT:Spearco FMIC+Piping+Greddy Type S+e-fan+K&N

I have an interesting trade for my fellow SR S13 drivers in So-Cal:

I have:
one Spearco intercooler(pn#2-262, dimensions:3Dx181/4wx8h)has brackets welded to bolt on to S13

one set of custom steel intercooler piping to fit above intercooler to S13 with S13 SR20DET, flanged for Greddy Type-S BOV, fits without moving or shrinking battery, but you cant use stock fan shroud

one Greddy Type-S BOV

one Perma-Cool Hi-Performance 14in electric fan

one K&N cone air filter with adapter

I want to trade for:
OEM intercooler(or ARC sidemount)with OEM bypass valve
OEM intercooler piping(or aftermarket SMIC piping kit)
OEM fan shroud
OEM air filter box
*all for S13 with SR20DET only* MUST be in good working condition.

The parts I have available have been used for 3 months on my car, everything looks, works and fits lovely. FMIC and BOV was custom setup by Garage Works LTD in Palmdale, nice stuff, good quality. According to Turbonetics website intercooler supports up to 450hp. Cost me about $1000 for everything.

Will ONLY TRADE for ALL the above mentioned wanted parts + some cash or more S13 parts(negotiable).

I figure this is a pretty sweet deal for somebody driving with a stock swap or a front clip sitting in their garage. Will not ship anything, this trade has to be in person in San Diego, CA.
