I have Tomei short throw shifter for SR/KA for sale as you can see in picture below... It come with all the hardware as show below.
This is one of the hardest item to find ever... grab it while you can.....
Note : the rubble boot isn't in the greatest shape but I'm sure that you can find it brand new for about $4 at Nissan....
