I paid the 5$ fee charge to change my username. however when i paid through paypal it did not allow me to add a note. so i got the email [email protected] from paypal, and sent an email right after, consisting of my transaction information, but i have yet to recieve a reply, and i have yet to see a username change on my account.

curious as to who i need to speak with, or if it is not possible, i wish to have a refund on the subscription.

Speak with one of the admins, their names are in Dark Red. Try Phlip or ThatGuy.

You need to let someone know what the name you would like is, before it can be changed.
