I just wanna know any 240sx local shops around the area that will be able to do a 5 speed conversion swap. so if anyone knows a shop, let me know pls. Thank You! :D

ohh btw my car is a 1990 s13 240sx fastback.

of course. my first car was an G1 Integra i wanted a rear wheel drive and i found a good deal with my 240sx. i just need to get it into a manual.

Oh Ok. Cus I know a guy who got a manual swap and could not drive the car home. His friend had to drive it for him.

Do you guys know where I can get a short shifter, I have a s13 with RB25 with tranny I don't know if that make a differance. I just got her yesterday so I'm just learning about all of this RB25 stuff lol thank you

go to castros the adress is 12600 Sherman Way, North Hollywood, CA 91605. you will see alot of e30s but he works on 240s too nice guy with good prices

DiftSpeed in Los Alamitos, they did my friends conversion and it came out great. If you Dont mind spending a good amount of money on quailty work then you should hit them up.

My brother got quoted 300$, he ended up doing it himself. But These guys do a great Job good prices too Home (http://import-autorepair.com/)

We can do manual swaps. It would be $300 labor if you can supply the parts. If not we can source the manual swap parts for you ;)

I got my swap done at Japanese Engine Racing Development (JER) in westminster. They hooked it up since I did a engine swap and 5 spd conversion right before I smogged my car a yr ago. Now thats the only place I go to since I'm very confident of his work. Check out their website to see some of the work they do, if not then just stop by and look for yourself. O yea, they have a dyno and you get 3 runs for a good deal.

I have been to JER for several jobs before. Their service and work is awsome. I just felt for the 5 speed swap they gave me a high estimate, considering I had all the parts needed.
