clutch help

i just replaced my clutch with a stage 2, installed the pilot bearing throw out bearing and resurfaced the flywheel

now that its all back together when i take off the first gear is really rough then the rest of the gears shift smooth and my clutch pedal shakes if i rest my foot on it but goes away when i push it in, any ideas?

try to break in the clutch first

idk it doesnt seem right to me, when the car is idling ill rest my foot on the clutch pedal and it almost seems like a pulsation more than a vibration maybe i didnt torque the pp down right? it doesnt slip just the pedal feeling is making me worried

today i looked under the car and saw the fork on the tranny moving back and forth =\ hence the reason i feel it on the pedal gonna have to pull it and see whats happening i guess
