Ok, so get 1 imported and go drive it on the road and see what happens. No there is no website. If it were so easy everyone here would be driving s15's.

dude its impossible to get an s15 driving in the us for 10,000. that car in japan is 12-18k shipping is 5k and title work is 4-5k. then you have to pay someone to get the car into a container. so to get a titles s15 you need atleast 25,000.
