like it says. in high school this is important to most people and people talk alot about this stuff. i want to know your height and strengh through out high school and your current status.
lets start with me:
as a hs freshman i could bench 165 and was 5"7. as a senoir i could bench 225 and was 5"10. now i could do 245 and i'm 5"11.

senior yr, 6 feet, max bench 290, max military press 210 (twice) max incline 265, but one thing you dont understand, is the max one rep is all about making yourself go all nuts and shit. Your better off gauging your max bench by how many times you can do 225. Thats how the NFL does it, u can find out how to if u search the net im sure, i seen it in "Mens Health" magizine. I dont lift anymore, just didnt have a need since i stopped playing hockey

Senior yr, I was 6'2", 215 lbs max bench was 345 for 10 reps, 6 inclined. Max squat was 430 lbs for 10 reps. Freshman year playing baseball at Mercer University i was 6'2, 235 lbs, bench at 300 for 10 and max squat at 405 for 10 (damn college life). I quit playing baseball so I havent hit the gym in a while so I am guessing this has all gone down hill.
I was one of the smaller guys on my football team (corner/wideout). One of my good friends was the "star" running back, he was 5'10" and stronger then an ox, personally spotted him on a squat at 680 lbs, first time i ever saw steel bend like that.

currently? 6' 290 ... max bench as a senior in HS for 10 reps was 310... that has most certainly changed.
