Hi,
I have here is a almost complete VH45 Swap; I wanted to install this into my S14 because my KA started knocking. typically I would go with an SR20, (which btw are fantastic motor), but I love the response from an NA and wanted to stay Nissan. I have spent nearly six months gathering parts, labor, and work into to doing this swap. The swap is nearly complete, the only thing that is missing to get this going are headers and wiring. I would love to complete this swap, but I can't, because I decided to go back to school. To cut it short, I do not have the time nor will I be financially able at the moment to complete the swap; my lose is you gain. For people who are not familiar with the VH45, here is a video of what could be like when swapped into an S chassis.
Supercharged v8 240sx Out for a drive - YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUQOy5EnY6U&feature=related)
Mad prompts to GSRACER, (my inspiration came mostly from him). Everytime when I watch this video, I just can't get enough of the sound the motor makes, is like a symphony to my ears.
Price is at 2800 OBO
Aside from the motor and Tranny; all of the swap parts are brand new
Parts:
94 VH45 "The best year" 160k miles
N.A z32 Tranny, rebuilt with 10k miles
N.A z32 Chromoly Flywheel
N.A z32 ACT six Puck Clutch
Nico special VH to VG transmission adapter plate
Xcessive engine mounts
Extra custom engine mounts
Xcessive VG transmission mounts
Xcessive VH alternator relocation brackets
Xcessive VG to S14 drive shaft
Shorten transmission bracket so that it will fit perfectly in the shifter opening
Wiring harness
ECU
Four under dash plugs from the Q45 to make the harness a true plug n play harness
SR 20 power steering pulley (to run the VH power steering without cut the driver side power brace)
I am pretty sure that I have missed some things here and there
