m/t swap need help

I am a noob to 240s just bought a 13 hatch in the process of the swap so I get the trans in the car and the rear cross brace is off by about 1in forward of where it should be and its bolted straight to the block im out of ideas and need help thanks

thats normal, you gotta pry it into place
