yes it was and was recovered lol i had plans to sell it a few weeks ago but then that happened so it set me back. but car is back to normal it just needed a ignition switch with housing but i just put in a whole column with everything attached to it.

title is clean. um give me your email and ill send some more pics. and not sure when but the car was owned by a shop in jersey before i bought it
