Guys i need your help

ok check this out, my friend has windows xp and i am trying to log on under his user name but i don't know his password. is there anyway to get around this or are there any programs to get around it? i want to log in under his name so i can screw with his settings and play a joke on him.

No, you cant.

You can't even do that under win98 or 95, and WinXP is the newest O/S.

You can only log in as guest if that is still enabled and screw around with his programs(if thats allowed), you wont be able to change his desktop and his custom settings.

There aren't really permissions on win9x so you have full control. For xp, i'm sure there are programs out there but it wouldn't be worth the trouble just to play a joke. If you really want to, just search around and see what you can find. I know for sure you can do it in win2k server but I don't like xp so I don't play with it much.
