Holey hell. $2800? Unless wings fold out at 90MPH and it starts flying, don't buy it. I wouldn't even offer $1800. Find a local 240sx that's DOHC for like $1000. I got my first SOHC 3 streets down from me for $500.

I sent him an email, I want to know what the real deal with it is. Sounds like he's some highschool guy just trying to make some money. He probably has no idea what the car is really worth.

dont waste your money i bought a single cam for "omit the following" drove it for 2 months then the motor went bad...you can get a decently completed 240 for 3-4.5k

message 3: $1500 is too low, i want to make some money back i can do $2300
message 2:
$2500, or how much do you have?
message 1:
The car is working fine, a little problem with the timing but that's about it, the clutch was replace because the owner before me was a beginner stick driver and burned it

Go figure right? He wasn't very fast with replying, & he didn't even really seem to know what he was talking about mostly. Like what is the problem with the timing? Does it send you back into 1977 when you hit a certain MPH ? I mean if that were the case I'd understand why he's asking $2800 for the car.
