oookay so I've gonr through a couple SR's and I'm back with the KA to use as a daily driver. The first one I had was blown. I swapped in a friends block that he sold me for $500. IT SMOKED WHITE...figured it was gone. Pulled that out and took my block to a professional shop to get a COMPLETE rebuild, put that motor in the car, STILL SMOKES WHITE. Replaced the injectors, put some new fuel, cleaned the MAF, checked the plugs and wires. Everything seems Legit, AND it STILL SMOKES white...It seems the longer I keep it running the more white smoke I get. It isn't huge billows of smoke but deffinately an annoying decent amount of WHITE SMOKE....HELP HELP HELP

Sounds like it was a fuel issue. Ecu could of been taking readings wrong. You might want to look into your seals and seats. It could always come back to haunt you.

HELP HELP HELP.....
THE SMOKE IS BACK!!!!
I thought I fixed it...maybe I just didnt drive it long enough...after about half an hour of driving THE WHITE SMOKE RETURNED!!!!
3 Motors...1 of them completely rebuilt...ALL OF THEM WHITE EXHAUST SMOKE.
How much smoke are you blowing? Usually, white smoke is indication of burning coolant. I suggest you to do a compression test and check your coolant.

Pull your fuel rail off and prime the system to check for leaks....then maybe turn the motor a few times with the coil unplugged to make sure they are misting and not just open...
O and don't have a lit cigarette in ur mouth lol

they are all new injectors (not new new, but pulled off a well running KA)...but ill try that in the morning...and I'm quite aware that white smoke is usuallly coolant leaking. but it goes and comes...and after 3 blocks (one of them completely rebuilt) a coolant leak is looking unlikely...I'm going for a fuel/fuel management problem....Thanks for the advice both of you but my problem is confusing quite a bit of mechanics. I cleaned out my MAF pretty well with MAF cleaner and that seems to have helped a bit...I will keep trying things

Coolant leak some where I would say. Did you get your head machined?

Like I said. FUEL. If you're not burning coolant, Your seals are fine and you're not loosing oil, then you're burning fuel. or trying to burn fuel lol.
You need more detailed information, what's the smoke smell like, is it sweet? does is smell like a big diesel truck? What does it look like exactly, try to snap a picture of it. Better yet, drain your oil completely, change your oil filter, shit even take off the oil pan, peak in there make sure you're not sifting through metal shavings. fill it back up with the R-I-G-H-T amount of oil and make sure you weren't just over filling it.
If that's not the case, I'd say your valve seals are going bad. just winging it with little information. Keep in mind though, that anything can come and go. Even herpes.

If all blocks are doing it....and you have been bolting the same fuel rail on each engine, it should be obvious if the issue moves with the rail. A cracked/nicked fuel injector o-ring will cause fuel to leak into the cyl and produce white smoke.
