s14 sunroof trim

can anyone tell me if they know the part number or how to get fiberglass trim peice around the top side of the sunroof. i found this part number but cannot find a picture. they just list it as a protector......73872-01m05.

need it for s14

Yeah same here. Thats all I'm missing but apparently in order to replace it you have to replace the glass etc cus it comes attached, which i think is lame. Im looking too. Ill let you know if I find anything on any sites. Please do the same for me.

yea i will. my brother works at nissan i told him to order the "protector" thing ill have it in a couple of days ill return it if not the right peice. but any further info would be nice.

have fun wasting your time nissan does not sell it seperate.You probably ordered the rubber weatherstripping there was a thread just made about this

OP is talking about the fiber glass trim which is not for sale

You want the rubber trim that is still for sale. I think it was around 40 bucks or so from nissan i believe

yea i saw that thread. i cant imagine weather stripping being called protector. every where else its called seal or weather stripping... its only 50. and i can take it back if its not right so fuck it ill take the time to do it.
