Im not sure if there is a thread on this already but i wanted to see what people have done. I wanted enekir rpf1 17x9 +22 and 17x10 +18 in the rear. do i need to do any fender pull, camber and tire stretching?

There are probably a thousand threads on here about offset. How about you read one of those first. RPF1s are no different than any other wheel. There are so many variables (including what car you have) that it's better if you learn how it works and figure it out for yourself.

EDIT:
Front: 17x9.5 + 18 on the front with no roll, if I lower the car much more I'll have to tho.
Rear: 17x10 +18 rolled a little to keep from rubbing
Tires: 235/45/17, yes they are a little tall on the sidewall, but I picked them up on craigslist for under $200 for all 4 Yokohamas.
