100 amp fuse broken ughh

Hi all like the title says my dumb ass,went to remove the fuse with a pair of pliers and broke the fuse 100 amp in the engine bay.Now the legs of the fuse are stuck in there and i cant get them out i even tried needle nose pliers.Does anyone have suggestions i cant be the only moron who has done this before thanks

if it's a s14 the 100amp fuse is bolted at the bottom of the legs for the fuse might be the same on a s13 but i'm not 100% on that

ok is it bolted by screws???s i even tried getting the fuse box thing out but it was connected by alot of wires i didnt want to cause more damage

If its 100 amp, then its on an S14...so yes its bolted down on both sides. S13 only use 75 amp main fuse.
