relays not clicking

engine : s14 sr20det
Chassis : s13 coupe

turn the key on , all accessories work (horn, radio, dash lights, door chime),

relays on driver side box click, but not in the passenger side box, which are for the fuel pump so that equals no start.

looks like relay plugs have a power and ground if im checking the box correctly and i got new relays too so thats not the problem, what else could it be?

im still at a loss, going back and forth with wiring specialists trying to figure out the problem too, no one has had this happen before when doing a swap?

I know its proabably a weird question but , Is your ecu screwed on tight?

I had similiar issue and traced it back to the ECU.

you mean screwed to the chassis tight or the blue clip screwed in tight?

Blue clip for the wire harness that plugs into ecu.

Probably not the issue but figured id throw it out there . Had mine pushed in but it wasnt tightened so connectors were not making contact, everything else was working except fuel pump.

yea that is def tight on mine, it seems like none of the relays in that box are clicking.
