Snow In Virginia!!!!!!!!!

I just thought i would see if anyone else is getting snow like we are, its only 6:42 in the morning and i bet we have an inch already, and its still coming down steadily!!!! I got out of school today for it, so i am satisfied.....

anyone else got this much yet????

I'm in SoVA as well. I woke up and looked out the window of my dorm room and saw snow. Being from NoVA, i was like, WOOT! No school, but i forgot i was at Tech and they NEVER cancel school :(. IF they dont even cancel school for holidays, why would they cancel for snow, seriously :jerkit:

No snow here. They threatened it, and the sky has been somewhat dark all day, but nothing's fallen. It'll happen soon enough. When it does, this is gonna be me:

well so far we have gotten maybe an inch and a half, it was enough to cancel school, but its been snowing on and off all day so i dunno, here are some pics i took a while ago

dood..... that's like nothing... here in blacksburg, we had about 2-3 inches yesterday during the day. that's how much i had to get off my car. after a whole day's accumulation, the snow in my driveway would come up to about 6 inches or so. and we had freezing rain on top of that... i dunno where you are in sova, but it seems you got lucky, hehe.

and pj, i dunno if they cancelled classes today, but i heard on the radio that they cancelled classes last nite, haha. it'll be the 2nd time tech ever cancelled classes...

haha, weak, 3 inches of snow and they cancel school, we can get a foot of snow, and they dont cancel shit. We have had maybe 2 feet of accumlation this year so far. Tho all of it hasnt stayed. There is probably only 1 to 2 inches of snow/packed snow/ice shit left on the roads.

1 foot here in northern NJ... i got a indoor garage spot in my building the day it started snowing so my 240sx is nice warm and cozy. ^.^

We had more than that here in NOVA. Enough to wear it was useless for me to start clearing my car off to put the cover on cause it just kept covering it. C'mon sun! Melt it away! Death to the salt trucks too!

Yeah the whole canceling system is weird... check this, the montgomery county public schools were canceled which makes sense cause i dunno out in like poolsville or somthin there was like 10 inches, but in silver spring their was 1. the county is so big and if they cancel one school they have to cancel them all. they should split the counties....it makes us look stupid when stuff is canceled and theirs only a short layer of snow on the ground


Snow kinda sucks!
