hey folks, i decide to check up on my clutch master cylinder fluid today to later find out there was no fluid...ahhhhhh!!! all i saw in there was sludges of brake fluid that once use to be there...i can't begin to wonder how i was able to use the clutch without any fluid....

now here's where the problem lies...i decide to add some fluid and bleed the system...in doing so, i end up ruining the whole system. now my clutch pedal doesn't even respond to the master cylinder...when i step on the clutch it goes completely down without no pressure...and doesn't even come up unless i force it up. i pour some more fluid and realize that the fluid didn't go down from the resevoir and the pedal still acts the same way.....

is it a bad master cylinder? should i get it rebuilt???? someone help, i can't drive my car.....sorry for such a long story...

Definitely sounds like the piston is stuck in the cylinder bore. Remove the master cylinder to check and if it's stuck then either rebuild or get a new one.

follow the clutch lines to check where you're leaking from, too. If it's not the master cylinder, you likely don't need to get a new one. (save yourself $70 right there)
Also, make sure you bled the system properly; it's quite easy to get the pedal to have no pressure if you've incorrectly bled it.
Remember there are two valves on the underside of the car, the air burp whatever one, as well as the slave cylinder.
Remember also that you probably don't have speed bleeders, which means opening and closing the bleeder valve each time you push the pedal down.

Good luck!
