s13 auto to manual swap idle problem

So I just finished my manual swap and everything seems to be running fine except for one thing. If I put the clutch in to come to a stop in third gear or higher my RPMs drop to zero and I lose power. First and second gear are not a problem it seems to be only 30mph or higher that this happens. The car is a 93 s13 and im running the auto ecu. Any help would be appreciated.

i am assuming it is an engine issue more than the transmission. i'm assuming you have only hooked up the speed sensor?

So i the Iacv connector was unplugged. Thought that would fix it but it did not.
