suspension noob here, I managed to snap a bolt inside of a rear lower suspension shock absorber pin? not good with suspension and part
names but its circled in the picture and its what holds the bottom part of the coilover, i tried drilling it out but i
flattened out the teeth inside of it and i need a new one , i found it in the FSM under "Shock Absorber Pin" and i
cant find anything when i look it up to replace it , and i cant find it on courtesy nissan , it would be huge help if
anyone could link me where i can find this part or tell me if its easy to replace , looks like you can hammer it out ?
and then put a new one in ? but thanks in advance :bigok:

i'd say get a new upright from the junkyard. replacing the pin seems kind of a hassle. i wouldn't bother with it.

you would have to press that pin out and source a new one, best thing to do it just get another upright from the junk yard.

Upright, knuckle, some places might even call it a "hub" even though that's not what it is.

if there is enough material left on the broken bolt, you can weld a nut on it and screw it back out. the heat from welding might even loosen the bolt.
