OK so I ordered a set of stance LX coilovers for my s14 back in FREAKIN JANUARY OF freakin 2011 and have yet to receive them(today is 9-28-11)!!!!!! So at first i called them 3 weeks later after placing the order and the IP worker told me they will be shipped to me in March!! Pretty ridiculous but owell I was desperate. I waited patiently till April and still nothing. I called him up again and IP worker said "they will be there in may, then june, then july":wtf: so now i call them up and the phone rang for 3 minutes untill it just hung up on me. i continued to call for hours striaght and email for the last 2 weeks and still no response!!!!!:dead:...Now i don't know what the hell to do, I cant be the only one??????
this is total BS and I'm frustrated as hell!!

ur definitely crazy dude...i had a hard enough time waiting over a week to get my coils. so bad, that even tho they sent me the gr +'s when i ordered the pros, i installed them anyways. alls good tho as they will be sending me the helper springs to turn them into pros.

wasn't their shipping fault tho. i guess it was stances. (proof of this being that it was shipped from IL, not ER in FL. of course this is coming from the great guys and the greatest of them all (ken) over at enjuku.

honestly, hes the only guy/company i feel i could honestly order anything i need from and have 0 problems with. and if a problem ever does arise, ken handles it properly and always exceeds ur expectations.

so do urself a favor and start ordering from enjukuracing.com

This...contact your CC company NOW. You got a certain grace period to recoup your money before you're assed out. But in reality tho, 10 months is a looooooong fucking time.

I had this shit happen with a company that yanked my chain for months, then decide to close for bankruptcy. That was about 6 months IIRC.

I had a similar experience with these guys- I think their main issue is a lack of communication. A thread like this about them seems to pop up about once a month or so. They ended up refunding my money after a fairly nasty email and about three months of being patient. Good luck man!

I'm in exactly the same boat, except with a body kit.

They kept telling me "they're going to be here soon and we'll ship right out." Normally I would have contacted my CC company, but they sent the over fenders out right away so I figured they were telling the truth.

I ordered June 1st. The kit is still MIA and getting a hold of these guys is really difficult.

I ordered my stance gr+ coils from them when they had a special going on and it took them about 3-4 months. I don't think i'll ever deal with them again. 10 months is outrageous, I'd get your money back !

Yeah, I've had great experiences with enjuku. They told me the kit I wanted was on back order and Intense Power said it was in stock. Fucking liars.

All I ever hear about them is bad. Not sure if thats just the nature of the beast, or they really are that bad.

If even half of these stories are true, how the hell are they still on advertiser on here? Is it because they pay money like everybody else? In my opinion, a company with that terrible of a reputation should not be allowed to advertise on this site. But then again Im not cashing their checks. Thoughts?
