Hoek'd Up Performance is hosting monthly meets every last Saturday of the month. Open to EVERYONE. Please spread the word on all the other forums you guys troll :)

No roll call necessary. First meet there is no cover... Meets later on down the line will be for charity organizations and funds collected will be donated to an onsite charity rep.

There will be food for purchase. Tacos and other assorted munchies.





open to all makes and models... we are trying to develop a meet that is a monthly occurence here in ventura county. depending on turn out and growth we have resources for dj's catering, etc...

people always try to get a meet going on in VC, but most people don't want to drive too far out of their city that the meets just fail, or lot owners just dont like the presence of police.

if there's enough interest, i'll roll through.

we are arranging things so that they are legit. police presence is limited to observing and popping the hoods on those cruisers to show off lol

but we need people first... with all the shops in vc im surprised more people dont show... like i said all makes and models... if you are on another forum please spread the word... its a community effort to have a monthly, harrasment free, fun meet for all car enthusiasts...

Great. the more the merrier... talk to said people and ask if they have any particular dates in mind... we are thinking evenings... from like 6-11 or so... maybe thursdays... i dont want to compete with typical friday/saturday night activities.

or a little earlier both time and week? like tuesdays or wednesdays... from like 5-10?

im expecting this event to grow. we have full shop support and we have a decent sized lot for show purposes...

its in oxnard. in an out of the way commercial area next to a shop called Hoek'd Up Performance. they do muscle stuff. and are well versed in LS swaps... which is nice seeing as an upcoming project of mine is an LS240 :)

aside from that... im working closely with them to organize this event...

all the old classic and hot rods can gather once a month for cruise nights, we need a gathering spot for all the rest of the car enthusiast community to gather unharrassed...

couple things... the first "official" meet will be november 26th...

we are moving the meet because we are crunched to finish a car for SEMA.

THIS friday however, we are welcoming people to come by and look at our sema car which will be done by then
